Termination and 45 working day cover by the employer

I have to sign a termination form and my employer (who has not found enough due to grand shortage) offered me to cover the cost of the 45 working delay for benefit in case I dont find another job. To me it's ok but can this work? Am I covered?

Thanks for your post.
- If one gets money from a former employer when one leaves a job, we concider the money to be a dismissal payment. If you get enough money to cover at the least 45 days ( 45 days with the average salalry you have had) there will be no sanction.
