Visa status and unemployment benefits
I come from a non-EU country. After I become unemployed, my work visa will only be valid for three months, after that I have to leave Sweden. Could I get benefits after three months?

To be able to receive benefits from the Swedish a-kassa system you need to have a work permit in Sweden. Once your work visa expires you can't continue with benefits.
All the best
Petter
To apply for a work permit in Sweden, you need a job offer from a Swedish employer that meets legal requirements, such as proper salary and working conditions. Submit your application online via the Swedish Migration Agency’s website, including necessary documents like your passport, job contract, and the Employer's Statement.
Kind regards, Anna
