When working 9 hours: when to report?
Good afternoon,
I have worked 9 hours on the Sunday 4th of March 2018, but will only be paid within the next weeks for it.
I thought that I was supposed to report only once I received the money, but a friend of mine told me I should’ve reported it on the 4th of March.
If so, could it be possible for you to changed it from “arbetslös” to “arbete” for that day and, if necessary, to take back the money you gave me for this day (Sunday 4th of March), please? Or should I report it only when I will receive the money for this work? I could also report it for the upcoming Sunday instead, if it doesn’t matter much?
Let me know what is best for you and, again, I am terribly sorry for the trouble caused, as I genuinely thought I should have reported it only when I would get paid from it.
Thank you very much for your help and understanding.
Best regards,
Thomas

Tell your friend that he or she was right. You are to report your hours on the date that you actually performed work. It doesn´t matter when you get paid.
Now you need to log in to Mina sidor to change your time report. When you have done that one of our casehandlers will contact you and tell you what to do.
Best regards!
